Dennis Wayne Catoe has 30 years experience in areas of law that are geared to family

Richland county, he has worked in every county courthouse in the state. Our office
has handled thousands of real estate closings for new home buyers, equity loans and
refinance loans. We handle all areas of real estate needs such as deed transfers, actions
to quiet title, foreclosures and the purchase of properties obtained through foreclosure
and tax sale. Mr. Catoe can help you plan your financial and ethical desires upon death or
disability through wills, living wills, power of attorneys and strategic property transfers.
Our office handles all family law matters such as separation agreements, divorce,
adoptions and name changes. Personal injury cases and criminal law matters can also be
handled with experienced associate counsel.
Our office is fully equipped with a conference room suitable for large closings, is handicap accessible, and has good parking. We are e-mail accessible to receive closing packages. We are also a title insurance agency for Investors Title Insurance and are approved with Chicago Title Insurance and First American Title Insurance. Mr. Catoe is now the in-house counsel for Palmetto State Title Insurance. Palmetto State handles REO properties and writes for First American Title Insurance. Most title work can be completed within 48 hours of a request and closings can be done within 24 hours of receipt of closing package from lender. Our office is flexible and wishes to work with you.
